「十殿」故事內容以台灣悲劇歷史二二八事件為背景，
結合東方古老的地獄輪迴觀，
重新撰寫成全新的故事題材。
本次專輯封面亦由閃靈配合多年的美術設計師陳仰德操刀，
封面的場景為故事主角「潘正源」在地獄孽鏡前掙扎於空間頹圮後的情境
